By accessing the Dorayaki Online School (the "School"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License & Commercial Rights

Permission is granted to access and view the instructional materials within the School for individual professional development. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or redistribute the instructional content (videos, text, and recipes) for the purpose of creating a competing educational service.
  • Use the instructional materials for any public display or unauthorized commercial broadcasting.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software or platform components contained on the School’s website.
  • Prohibition of AI Training: Use any automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data or content for the purpose of training machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Commercial Permission: Notwithstanding the above, you are granted full permission to manufacture and sell physical food products (such as Dorayaki) using the techniques and knowledge acquired from this School as part of your own commercial food business.

3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We are confident in the professional quality of our curriculum. However, if the course does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Online Courses & Bundles: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition for Refund: To protect our proprietary techniques, refunds will only be granted if your progress report shows that you have accessed or streamed less than 30% of the total curriculum. Once 30% or more of the course material has been accessed, the sale becomes final and no refunds will be issued.
  • Tokyo Intensive 3-Day Residency: This program is subject to a separate, specific cancellation and refund schedule as outlined on its respective registration page.
  • Request Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to soudan[at]dorayakis.com within the 7-day window.

4. Disclaimer
